Ancillary Meetings
at WCB 2026
Planning a meeting alongside the Congress?
Any meeting whose invited participants are professional attendees of the Congress and is not part of the official program will be considered an ancillary meeting.
This includes:
- Round-table discussions
- Internal organization meetings
- Working group sessions
- Board or committee meetings
Booking Meeting Space
- Meeting rooms are available in two-hour increments
- Subject to availability
- Approval required from the Congress Secretariat

Please Note:
Booking Deadline: June 17, 2026
- Ancillary meetings must not conflict with official Congress programming.
- Space is limited and allocated on a first-approved basis.
- Final confirmation will be provided by the Congress Secretariat.
