Airfare Discounts
for WCB 2026 Delegates
WCB 2026 has arranged an exclusive promotional code in collaboration with AirCanada to make your travel to Vancouver more affordable and convenient. Air Canada Discount Details:
- Valid for Standard Economy fares or higher.
- Basic Economy fares are not eligible.
- Discounts apply to trips booked within the approved travel window.

Applicable Rules
- The booking is to be made to the following city: Vancouver, YVR (CA)
- The travel period begins Saturday, July 04, 2026 and ends Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
- Travel is valid Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- For North America’ 5% applies on standard fares, 10% on flex fares & higher. For International Travel’ 10% on standard fares & higher. 12% discount on Business Class fares (exception: 5% on the lowest Business Class).
However, all bookings made using the promotion code will count toward the minimum 10 passenger requirement for Meetings and Conventions events.
Important Notes
Discount applies only to Air Canada operated flights or codeshare flights with an AC flight number. Enter the promotion code in the “Add Promotion Code” field at booking. If any segment is operated by a partner airline without an AC flight number, no discount applies.
Visa Requirements
Many attendees will require a visa to enter Canada. Processing can take 3–6 months, so apply as early as possible to ensure you can participate in WCB 2026.
Application Steps:
Register for WCB 2026 – After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a welcome letter.
Check Your Visa Requirements:
Visa-required countries: Apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) via the IRCC Secure Network.
Visa-exempt countries: Apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
To confirm whether you need a TRV or eTA, see the official IRCC website.
Gather Required Documents – Passport, invitation letter, proof of funds, and other supporting materials.
Submit Your Application ASAP – Avoid delays by applying early and ensuring all documents are complete.
