Visa Requirements
Many attendees will require a visa to enter Canada. Processing can take 3–6 months, so apply as early as possible to ensure you can participate in WCB 2026.
Application Steps:
Register for WCB 2026 – After payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a welcome letter.
Check Your Visa Requirements:
Visa-required countries: Apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) via the IRCC Secure Network.
Visa-exempt countries: Apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).
To confirm whether you need a TRV or eTA, see the official IRCC website.
Gather Required Documents – Passport, invitation letter, proof of funds, and other supporting materials.
Submit Your Application ASAP – Avoid delays by applying early and ensuring all documents are complete.
