All oral presenters must submit their slides to the Speaker Ready Room at least 2 hours prior to their presentation. No slide submissions will be accepted in the session rooms.

Sustainability at WCB 2026
WCB 2026 is committed to reducing environmental impact and supporting more sustainable conference practices.
To help reduce paper waste:
- The Congress program will be digital-first
- Most materials will be accessible through the mobile app and website
- Printed materials will be minimized wherever possible
We encourage delegates to download the mobile app prior to traveling to Vancouver.
The program and abstract book will be made available in electronic format on the website by June 30.
Morning Social Fun Run (Sign Up Required)

Start your day with a casual morning run from the Vancouver Convention Centre through Stanley Park’s scenic trails. Meet fellow attendees, enjoy Vancouver’s outdoors, and explore a different route each day.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
After May 8, 2026, refunds are no longer available; however, registration transfers to another individual are permitted.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Childcare & Nursing Room
A complimentary mother’s and nursing room will be available onsite near Room 101 on Level 1 of the West Building at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Delegates traveling with children may also explore local childcare and nanny services.
Meals & Refreshments
Networking breaks and refreshments are included with registration. Delegates will also have access to dining options at the Vancouver Convention Centre and throughout downtown Vancouver.
Dining recommendations will be shared closer to the Congress.
