The 10th World Congress of Biomechanics (WCB 2026) will take place in the West Building of the award-winning Vancouver Convention Centre, located in the heart of downtown Vancouver along the waterfront.

Morning Social Fun Run (Sign Up Required)


July 12–15, 2026 | 7:00–7:45

Start your day with a casual morning run from the Vancouver Convention Centre through Stanley Park’s scenic trails. Meet fellow attendees, enjoy Vancouver’s outdoors, and explore a different route each day.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy


After May 8, 2026, refunds are no longer available; however, registration transfers to another individual are permitted.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.

Childcare & Nursing Room


A complimentary mother’s and nursing room will be available onsite near Room 101 on Level 1 of the West Building at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Delegates traveling with children may also explore local childcare and nanny services.

Meals & Refreshments


Networking breaks and refreshments are included with registration. Delegates will also have access to cafés and dining options within the Vancouver Convention Centre, as well as hundreds of restaurants, cafés, and food courts just a short walk away in downtown Vancouver, Coal Harbour, and Gastown.

Luggage Storage


Limited luggage storage will be available at registration on the last day of the Congress on Wednesday, July 15, 2026. For any other days we recommend you store your luggage at the hotel until your departure.
